-Demonstrate knowledge of story elements
-Demonstrate knowledge of nonfiction elements and main idea
-Write complete sentences with grade level appropriate spelling
-Demonstrate the ability to write a narrative, an opinion, and a work of nonfiction
-Be able to add and subtract with two and three digits
-Understand addition and subtraction with regrouping
-Be able to solve word problems
-Know and understand the difference between more complex shapes
-Understand telling time to the nearest 5 minutes
-Understand how to count money
